纳米电气石/聚丙烯驻极熔喷非织造布的研制

摘要(Abstract):

研制了一种纳米电气石改性驻极体熔喷聚丙烯非织造布母粒,并采用电晕放电法制备出纳米电气石/聚丙烯驻极熔喷非织造布。探讨了纳米电气石在聚丙烯树脂中的分散状况及改性母粒的流变性能,同时对非织造布力学性能、表面电荷密度和过滤性能进行了测试。结果表明:电气石能较好地分散在聚丙烯树脂中;加入特种电气石之后,纤网的机械性能有所下降;驻极体熔喷非织造布的驻极效果大大改善,其表面电荷密度、过滤性能均有明显提高。
A kind of modified polypropylene (PP) plastic masterbatch for electret melt-blown nonwovens was prepared by adopting PP with nano-tourmaline. Nano-tourmaline/polypropylene electret melt-blown nonwovens were prepared by corona charging in this paper. The rheological porterties, spinnabilty of the modified PP plastic masterbatch were investigated. Some kinds of properties of nonwovens were discussed, such as mechanical properties, surface charge density and filter efficiency. The conclusion showed that tourmaline was distributed well in polypropylene resin, and the mechanical properties of nonwovens added by tourmalines decline to some extend, whereas the electret effect was increased greatly, and the surface charge density, filter efficiency of composite electret melt-blown nonwovens modified by tourmaline were improved abviously.
