油嘴上油熔体直纺生产167 dtex/96 f涤纶FDY工艺探讨

摘要(Abstract):

采用特性黏度为0.645 dL/g的半消光聚酯熔体,以油嘴上油方式生产167 dtex/96 f涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY),探索得到的较佳的生产工艺条件为:喷丝板孔径0.21 mm,长径比3;纺丝温度289℃;侧吹风风速0.55 m/s;第一热辊速度2 150 m/min,温度93℃,第二热辊速度5 080 m/min,温度132℃;拉伸倍数2.30~2.45;卷绕速度5 000 m/min。采用油槽宽度为4 mm的油嘴上油,生产的涤纶FDY条干不匀率为1.29%,沸水收缩率为7.1%,产品染色均匀度≥4级,各项指标达到了预定的要求,产量可提升7.6%。
The production technologies of nozzle oiling melt direct spinning of 167 dtex/96 f PET FDY manufactured from the semi-dull polyester melt with the intrinsic viscosity 0.645 d L/g were dicussed. The resultsshow that the better processes are: the spinneret hole diameter 0.21 mm with length-diameter ratio 3, thespinning temperature 289 ℃, the side blowing speed 0.55 m/s, the first heat roller speed 2 150 m/min withtemperature 93 ℃, the second heat roller speed 5 080 m/min with temperature 132 ℃, the drawing ratio2.30~2.45, the winding speed 5 000 m/min. When using the oil groove width 4 mm to oil the FDY, the yarnunevenness is 1.28%, the boiling water shrinkage is 7.1%, the dyeing uniformity is above 4 grade, and theyield can be improved by 7.6%, every physical properties meet the requirements.
