摘要(Abstract):

简要介绍了用于纤维增强复合材料(FRP)的碳纤维(CF)、对位芳纶(AF)、玻璃纤维(GF)、玄武岩纤维(BF)的特性。用图表介绍了Kevlar49布的规格、技术参数、特点、应用及加固工艺,并对FRP市场需求作了详细分析。结果表明:Kevlar49布具有较强的市场竞争力;中国土木工程结构加固的潜在市场非常巨大,将为高性能纤维及其FRP生产商带来无限商机。
The carbon fiber, aramid fiber, glass fiber and basalt fiber used for fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) are briefly introduced. The specifications, parameters, features, applications and consolidated process of Kevlar 49 cloth are described in tables and figures, and the market of FRP is analyzed in detail. The results show that Kevlar 49 cloth possesses a stronger competitive power in the market. China has a big potential market in civil construction consolidation and it will bring business opportunities to hi-tech fiber and FRP manufacture.
