摘要(Abstract):

通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析,对聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)/PA6熔融共混体系的共混工艺及其增容方法进行了研究。研究发现:延长共混时间,对共混体系有一定的增容效果但尚不理想;提高共混温度,使酯-酰胺交换反应程度加深,体系相容性提高;加入4%的增容剂,增容效果最明显。
Blending technics and compatibilizing methods for PTT/PA6 blending systems were studied via DSC, SEM analysis. The results indicated that the compatibility of the systems hadn't been evidently improved when blending time was prolonged, but had been improved a lot when blending temperature was increased because of the existence of ester-amide exchange reaction. Study on another way that using compatibilizer to improve the compatibility showed that when 4 % of compatibilizer PE-g-MAH was added in the system, the compatibility was improved evidently.
