合成纤维与钢纤维对超高性能混凝土的影响研究Study on the Influence of Synthetic Fiber and Steel Fiber on Ultra-High Performance Concrete

摘要(Abstract):
为降低超高性能混凝土的生产成本,以合成纤维替代钢纤维是一种有效途径。基于胶砂试验,分析了不同长度和类别合成纤维对超高性能混凝土流动性与力学强度的影响,结果显示,高强度合成纤维不利于超高性能混凝土流动,但可有效提高抗折强度和抗压强度。对钢纤维与超高分子质量聚乙烯纤维混凝土开展了弯曲韧性试验,结果表明超高分子质量聚乙烯纤维具备增韧效果。
In order to reduce the production cost of ultra-high performance concrete, it is an effective way to replace steel fiber with synthetic fiber. Based on the mortar experiment, the influence of different kinds and lengths of synthetic fibers on the fluidity and mechanical strength of ultra-high performance concrete is analyzed. The results show that high-strength synthetic fibers are not conducive to the flow of ultra-high performance concrete, but can effectively improve the flexural strength and compressive strength. The blendingtoughness test of steel fiber concrete and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber concrete is carried.The results show that ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber has the effect of toughening.
