原位增强纤维的成形过程

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了液晶高分子(LCP)和聚丙烯共混纺丝过程中液晶相微纤维结构的形成过程。通过共混纺丝,LCP在聚丙烯纤维中形成了具有强化作用的微纤维,从而提高了聚丙烯纤维的综合性能。
This article gives a brief introduction to the formation of micro fibers during the production of fibers from polypropylene and liquid crystal polymer (LCP) blends. In the blend spinning, LCP forms a reinforcing microfiber in the PP fiber. Therefore, the comprehensive properties of PP fiber is improved.
