PTT/PET并列复合卷曲纤维生产工艺探讨Discussion on the Production Process of Side-By-Side PTT/PET Composite Crimp Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
探讨了83 dtex/36 f PTT/PET并列复合卷曲纤维的生产工艺,结果表明:采用特殊设计的外并列型纺丝组件,喷丝孔长径比大于3;选用特性黏度为1.25 dL/g的PTT切片和特性黏度为0.48 dL/g的PET切片,PTT与PET质量比为50/50;PET纺丝温度为265~275℃,PTT纺丝温度为245~265℃,拉伸倍数为2.6~3.3,热定形温度为130~170℃,卷绕角控制在5.0°~8.0°,卷绕张力为0.08~0.16 cN/dtex,卷绕速度为3 600~4 200 m/min,可获得性能优良的PTT/PET并列复合卷曲纤维,并实现工业化生产。
The production process of 83 dtex/36 f side-by-side PTT/PET composite crimp fiber wasdiscussed. The results show that when the specially designed external parallel spinning pack is used, theratio of length to diameter of spinneret hole is greater than 3, PTT chips with 1.25 d L/g intrinsic viscosityand PET chips with 0.48 d L/g intrinsic viscosity are selected, and the mass ratio of PTT to PET is 50/50, thespinning temperature of PET is 265~275 ℃, the spinning temperature of PTT is 245~265 ℃, the drawingratio is 2.6~3.3, the heat setting temperature is 130~170 ℃, the winding angle is controlled at 5.0°~8.0°, thewinding tension is 0.08~0.16 c N/dtex, the winding speed is 3 600~4 200 m/min, the side-by-side PTT/PETcomposite crimp fiber with excellent performance can be obtained and industrial production can be realized.
