合成纤维对超高韧水泥基复合材料力学性能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

超高韧水泥基复合材料(UHTCC)是在水泥制备过程中掺入了可以起到增强增韧作用的一定体积分数的纤维。对常见增强纤维种类与性能进行归纳总结,对增强理论、掺入纤维对UHTCC基本力学性能的影响进行了综述,认为UHTCC在桥体、路面、码头、军事工程等领域具有广泛的应用前景,需深入研究掺入纤维的力学性能对复合材料的抗拉、抗剪、抗冲击韧性、抗疲劳等力学性能以及抗渗性能的影响,从而为实际应用提供理论依据。
Ultra-high toughness cement-based composites(UHTCC) are prepared by blending with a certain volume fraction of fibers to enhance and toughen. The types and properties of common reinforcing fibers are summarized in this paper, and the effects of reinforcement theory and fiber blending on the basic mechanical properties of UHTCC are reviewed. It is believed that ultra-high toughness cement-based composites have broad application prospects in bridges, pavements, wharves and military engineering. It is necessary to study the effects of the mechanical properties of the blended fibers on the mechanical properties and impermeability of the composites such as tensile, shear strength, impact toughness and fatigue resistance, thus providing a theoretical basis for practical applications.
