新型造粒剂在干法腈纶聚合物生产中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

通过在聚合二道过滤后,加入一定量的具有降低腈纶聚合物间的界面张力、提高腈纶聚合物的含固量、提高腈纶聚合物的强度、避免腈纶聚合物颗粒之间相互粘合的造粒剂,同时改变干燥机的部分工艺条件,使挤出粒子长度明显增加,成形好,不易破裂,干燥机内粉尘少,从而降低了干燥机的消耗,减少了干燥机的停车次数,节约了能源。
The TFX-2000 pelletizing agent, which was added at second stage filteration of polymerization, reduced interface tension of PAN polymer, increased polymer solid content and strength, avoided sticking of pellets. At the same time, the better pellets formation, less polymer fines and good economic efficiency were obtained.
