摘要(Abstract):

<正>在熔融纺丝加工中,纺丝组件亦被称为纺丝头。其作用是使聚合物熔体精细过滤,充分混合。均匀分布,并在一定压力下通过喷丝板微孔,挤出形成丝条。 纺丝组件的设计主要需确定其结构和尺寸。其中外部结构和尺寸牵涉到本身强度和刚度,热变形和抗腐蚀问题,也涉及装拆和密封问题。纺丝组件的内件担负着主要的纺丝功能,如何选择分配、过滤和混合元件,必须从流体力学、流变学和传热学角度充分考虑和核算。当然保证各元件的强刚度和内部密封也是不能忽视的。
The action of spinneret pack is let the polymer melts have a precision filtration, complete mix and even distribution then extruded under pressure through the spinneret holes to form filaments. The design of spinneret pack is mainly the determination of its structure and size, according to the resistance calculation of melts flow and the designing calculation of sealing within the pack.
