高吸湿微孔纤维的吸湿性研究Research on Hydroscopicity of High Moisture Absorption Micro Porous Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
研究了微孔纤维成孔的最佳酸处理工艺条件和微孔纤维碱减量处理工艺。研究结果表明:最佳酸处理工艺为:酸浓度为5mol/L、时间30min、温度80℃;最佳碱减量处理工艺为:碱液质量百分比浓度6%、时间20min、温度为80℃。经酸、碱处理后的微孔纤维的吸湿性有明显提高。
The best processing condition of micro porous fiber in acid-processing and alkali weight reduction processing had been studied. The result showed that the optimum acid-processing condition was acid 5 mol/L, time 30 min, temperature 80 ℃. And the alkali- processing condition was alkali 6 %(W/W), time 20 min, temperature 80 ℃. After acid-processing and alkali-processing the micro porous fiber's moisture absorption, compared with the normal PET fiber in the same condition, had been improved greatly.
