光致变色海藻纤维的制备及性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

将不同含量的螺吡喃类光致变色材料添加到海藻酸钠纺丝原液中,通过湿法纺丝获得一系列质量分数梯度的光致变色海藻纤维。观察电子显微镜下纯海藻纤维与光致变色海藻纤维形态结构的不同,并结合红外光谱曲线分析光致变色材料与纤维的结合方式,比较在光致变色材料含量不同时,纤维的光致变色性能、褪色性能及断裂强力,选取综合性能最佳的光致变色材料浓度。试验表明:光致变色材料与纤维之间为物理结合,在光致变色材料质量分数为0.3%时,获得的光致变色纤维具有良好的光致变色性能及褪色性能,且其强度高、光耐久性好。
A series of photochromic alginate fibers with different gradient concentration were obtained by wet spinning. The surface and internal features of pure and photochromic alginate fibers were characterized by electron microscope and infrared spectrogram. The photochromic properties, fading properties and tensile breaking strength of the fibers were compared. And the best photochromic material concentration was selected to test the durability of the photochromic materials. The test results show that the photochromic materials and fibers are physically bonded. The photochromic fibers have good photochromic properties and fading properties when the photochromic material concentration is 0.3%. Besides, the photochromic fibers have other ideal effects such as high strength and good light-durability.
