羧甲基纤维素钠制备及改性研究

摘要(Abstract):

羧甲基纤维素钠是一种水溶性纤维素醚,具有增稠、成膜、乳化和悬浮等特性,广泛应用于人类生产的各个领域。我国的农作物副产品品种丰富,很多可被作为制备羧甲基纤维素钠的原料,工业上的生产工艺主要包括水媒法和溶媒法。此外,羧甲基纤维素钠分子链上含有大量的羟基和羧基活性基团,这为其改性提供了条件。一般可以通过共混、固定化、化学修饰等方式对羧甲基纤维素钠进行改性,改性之后可赋予羧甲基纤维素钠更好的性能,以应用到人类生产的更多领域。综述了羧甲基纤维素钠的制备及改性工艺,拟为其进一步研究奠定基础。
Carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) is a kind of water-soluble cellulose ether, which has the charac-teristics of thickening, film forming, emulsification and suspension, and is widely used in various fields ofhuman production. Our country is rich in crop byproducts, many of which can be used as raw materials forthe preparation of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and including aqueous medium process and solvent pro-cess in industrial processes. In addition, molecular chain of carboxymethyl cellulose contains large numberof hydroxyl and carboxyl groups, made it as a good molecular structure for modification. The modified CMCby blending, immobilization or chemical reaction provides its better performance which enable it widelyused in many fields. The preparation and modification of CMC are reviewed, which lay a foundation for fur-ther study of CMC.
