短纤维凉爽性能测试方法的研究
Research on Testing Method for Cooling Performance of Staple Fibers

摘要(Abstract):

选取不同种类的化学短纤维,以最大热量传递值为评价依据,通过探究最佳制样方法和测试条件对各种短纤维的凉爽性能进行评价。研究发现:最佳的制样方法为平板压烫法,测试条件为试样质量0.35 g、试验温差15℃;而且,化学短纤维的凉爽性能取决于纤维的材质,相同材质的短纤维改性前后凉爽性能差异明显。
Different kinds of Chemical staple fibers were selected to evaluate the cooing performance of staple fibers by exploring the optimal sample preparation method and testing conditions based on the maximum heat transfer value. The study found that, the best sample preparation method is flat pressing, sample quality is 0.35 g, test temperature difference is 15 ℃. Moreover, the cooing performance of chemical staple fibers depends on the fiber material, and the cooing performance of staple fibers with the same material are significantly difference before and after modification.
