合成聚氨酯胶结料在道路工程中的应用研究

摘要(Abstract):

作为当前较为新颖的路面铺装胶结材料,聚氨酯在路面工程中有着良好的应用潜力。结合文献中的试验数据,针对聚氨酯改性沥青的性能,从相容性、沥青性能试验和水的影响等方面进行了分析。基于高温车辙试验、低温弯曲小梁试验和水稳定性试验等,对聚氨酯改性沥青混合料和多孔隙聚氨酯碎石混合料的路用性能开展了探讨,并研究了聚氨酯橡胶颗粒混合料的除冰性能、吸声减振性能,最后提出了未来的研究方向。
As a relatively novel pavement cementitious material, polyurethane has good application potential in pavement engineering. Based on the test data in the literature, the performance of polyurethane modified asphalt is analyzed from the aspects of compatibility, asphalt performance test and the influence of water.Based on high temperature rutting test, low temperature bending beam test and water stability test, the road performance of polyurethane modified asphalt mixture and porous polyurethane macadam mixture is discussed, and the deicing performance, sound absorption and vibration reduction performance of polyurethane rubber particle mixture are studied. Finally, the future research directions are proposed.
