有色涤纶膨体变形丝地毯纱沸水收缩率的控制Shrinkage Rate Control in Boiling Water of Colored Polyester BCF Yarn

摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了通过优选原辅料,设计适宜的干燥工艺,优化纺丝温度,调整侧吹风工艺参数,优化拉伸工艺,确保生产工艺的一致性,可生产出沸水收缩率在2.0%~2.5%较低范围内的有色涤纶膨体变形丝(BCF),再经过加捻定形,制得应用于织造割绒地毯绒面的地毯纱。
The raw materials selection, suitable drying process design, optimum spinning temperature,quench process parameters adjustment and desired drawing condition can ensure the production consisten-cy and produce colored polyester bulked continuous filament(BCF) with 2.0 %~2.5 % shrinkage rate inboiling water. The BCF can be used as cut pile carpet yarn after twisting and thermal setting.
