摘要(Abstract)：

氨纶纺丝、退绕及织造染色等过程的许多异常都与纺丝油剂有关。由于工艺流程的不合理性、操作的不科学以及油剂本身的质量问题,或者油剂与氨纶生产工艺的不匹配造成氨纶纺丝过程中出现油剂气泡、退绕及织造性能差等异常,通过改良工艺流程、油剂配方,取得了显著效果。
Many abnormal phenomena on the process of spandex spinning,unreeling,weaving and dyeing etc are associated with finish oil.The process irrationality,operation not scientific and oil quality pro blems,or oil and spandex mismatch will cause air bubble in the spandex spinning,poor operating characteristics,unreeling and weaving performance abnormity.In order to solve these problems,the process and oil formula is optimized and good result is obtained.
