纺丝温度对可降解聚乳酸长丝性能的影响
Effect of Spinning Temperature on Properties of Degradable PLA Filament

摘要(Abstract):

采用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和热失重分析(TG)方法,测试了聚乳酸切片的熔点和热分解温度,确定了纺丝温度的控制范围;并利用小型FDY纺丝机研究了在不同纺丝温度下纺制的聚乳酸一步法拉伸长丝的外观、降解情况(黏均分子质量和降解率)、力学性能及取向度。结果表明,在试验的范围内,随着纺丝温度提高,纤维的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、取向度先缓慢提高,然后下降。最终确定最佳的纺丝温度为195℃。
The melting point and the thermal degradation temperature of PLA chip were tested by differential scanning calorimeter analysis(DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The range of spinning temperature was designed.The effect of spinning temperature on thermal degradation(viscosity-average molecular weight and degradation ratio),mechanical property and orientation of filament was analyzed.Finally,the optimal spinning temperature was obtained as 195 ℃.
