密封感压膜片用PBO纤维耐高温性能的研究Research and Analysis on the High Temperature Resistance of PBO Fiber Used for Sealing Pressure Sensitive Diaphragm

摘要(Abstract):
研究了3种聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑(PBO)纤维经不同高温处理不同时间后力学性能的变化。纤维表面颜色与结构的变化,以及强度保持率、伸长保持率、质量损失率等重要指标能反映出不同品种的PBO纤维力学性能的差异。结果表明:温度是影响PBO纤维力学性能的主要因素;热处理温度越高、时间越长,纤维颜色、表面结构、力学性能变化越明显;经高温处理的PBO-HM纤维的力学性能较稳定,可以优先考虑作为密封感压膜片的耐高温增强材料。
The mechanical properties of three kinds of PBO fibers were studied after different high temperature treatment for different time. The mechanical properties of different varieties of PBO fibers were reflected by the changes of fiber surface color and structure, as well as the strength retention rate, elongation retention rate, weight loss rate and other important indicators. The results show that temperature is the main factor affecting the mechanical properties of PBO fiber. The higher the heat treatment temperature, andthe longer the heat treatment time, the more obvious changes of fiber color, surface structure and mechanical properties. The mechanical properties of PBO-HM fiber treated by high temperature are stable, so it can be used as high temperature resistant reinforcement material for sealing pressure senstive diaphragm.
