聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺—硫酸溶液体系的流变性研究

摘要(Abstract):

用自制毛细管流变仪对聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺—硫酸溶液体系的流变性进行了研究,结果表明:PPTA-H2SO4溶液体系属于切力变稀流体;温度和浓度对溶液的非牛顿指数n影响不大;温度升高,流动曲线下移;溶液浓度增大,流动曲线上移。
The rheological behaviour of the PPTA-H_2SO_4 solution is studied by using manual capillary rheogeniometer. The result indicates that the solution is a shear thinning fluid. Non-Newtonian index of the solution appears to be insensitive to both the temperature and solution concentration. The flow curve shifts to lower viscosity with increasing of solution temperature or with decreasing of solution concentration.
