涤锦复合超细纤维及其毛巾的剥离工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

对用涤锦复合超细纤维制成的高吸水毛巾的碱解剥离工艺进行了研究。结果表明:用2%NaOH水溶液进行复丝剥离,其剥离效果除受NaOH浓度与碱解时间影响外,还与分纤助剂的种类及加入量有关,并且多种分纤助剂复配后的膨化效果好于单一助剂。实验获得了两个典型工艺配方。
The hydrolysis technique to m ake high w ater-absorption and soft-feeling tow els w ith PET/PA m icro filament is researched. The result shows the multi-filament can be splited with NaOH aqueous solution, and the effectiveness depends not only on the concentration of NaOH solution, but more importantly on the characteristic and amount.The two or three components additives are better than single-component experiments.
