氯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚阻燃纤维的性能研究Study on Vinyl Chloride-Acrylonitrile Flame-retardant Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
采用乳液聚合方法制备氯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物,得到的共聚物本身具有良好的阻燃性能。将共聚物通过湿法纺丝,得到了阻燃纤维。用热重分析法和电子单纱强力仪对纤维的热稳定性能和机械性能进行了表征,并用扫描电镜对纤维的表面进行观察,同时测定了该纤维的极限氧指数。结果表明:氯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚纤维的极限氧指数可达28.8%~32.5%,燃烧时无滴落现象,且离火即熄;氯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物阻燃纤维的力学性能较普通腈纶略低。
The vinyl chloride-acrylonitrile copolymer(VC-AN copolymer) was prepared via emulsion copolymerization.The copolymer was wet spun to get flame-retardant fiber.The thermal stability and micro morphology were studied by thermal gravity analysis and scanning electronic microscope.The mechanical test and burning test showed that the tensile strength of the copolymer fiber was slightly lower than normal acrylic fiber,while the flame-retardant property was obviously superior to acrylic fiber.
