低熔点多元共聚酰胺流变性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

在固态胶粘剂中使用非织造网膜材料作胶粘剂是一种较新的概念。低熔点多元共聚酰胺网膜材料是用熔喷非织造技术将低熔点多元共聚酰胺加工成面密度合适的网膜材料,它具有熔点低、粘结性好、密度均匀、加工流程短、不污染环境、使用储藏运输操作方便等优点,较液态胶粘剂和糊状胶粘剂优越。研究了一种低熔点多元共聚酰胺的流变性能,为其熔喷非织造加工提供指导。
It is a new concept that the low m elt point m ulti-copolyam ide fiber w eb m aterial is used as an adhesive. The adhesive has many good properties such as low melt point, excellent adhesivity, fine density, no pollution and easy storage, transportation and operation, etc. This paper is mainly to study on rheological property of the low melt point multi-copolyamide so as to guide how to melt-blown the fiber web material.
