Lyocell非织造布的阻燃整理及其性能

摘要(Abstract):

针对Lyocell非织造布的易燃性问题,利用水性氨基树脂和自制植酸铵作为阻燃整理剂,采用浸轧-烘焙的工艺对Lyocell非织造布进行阻燃整理。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜对阻燃整理Lyocell非织造布的红外特征、耐热稳定性、表面形貌进行表征与测试分析,并对阻燃整理Lyocell非织造布的极限氧指数进行测试。测试结果表明:Lyocell非织造布的燃烧残炭率由未整理时的9.46%提升至阻燃整理后的38.65%;极限氧指数由未整理时的19%提升至阻燃整理后的38%;SEM观察的形貌表明Lyocell非织造布纤维经表面阻燃整理后有较多粘连,有凹凸状,不再光滑圆润,燃烧后的骨架形貌更加完整,未出现明显的收缩和孔洞。
Aiming at the flammability problem of Lyocell nonwovens, water-based amino resin and self-made ammonium phytate are used as flame retardant finishing agents, and the flame retardant finishing of Lyocell nonwovens was achieved by the process of padding-baking. Through Fourier infrared spectrometer,thermogravimetric analyzer, and scanning electron microscope, the infrared characteristics, heat resistance stability and surface morphology of the flame retardant Lyocell nonwovens were characterized and tested.The limiting oxygen index of the flame retardant Lyocell nonwoven fabric was tested. The test results show that the char formation rate of Lyocell nonwoven fabric increases from 9.46% in unfinished condition to 38.65% in flame retardant finishing condition, the limiting oxygen index of Lyocell nonwoven fabric increases from 19% in unfinished condition to 38% in flame retardant finishing condition. The morphology observed by SEM shows that the surface of Lyocell nonwoven fiber has more adhesion after flame retardant finishing, with unevenness and no longer smooth and round, and the skeleton morphology after burning is more complete, without obvious shrinkage and holes.
