舞蹈器械用碳纤维复合材料的制法和力学性能研究Study on Preparation Methods and Mechanical Properties of Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Used in Dance Apparatus

摘要(Abstract):
碳纤维材料通过科学的设计与加工,可以制备各种类型的舞蹈用器械。对当前舞蹈器械加工领域常用的碳纤维替代品进行了分类总结,对舞蹈器械用碳纤维复合材料的常见加工方法,如缠绕成型技术、模压成型技术、RTM成型技术等的优劣势进行分析,重点探讨了舞蹈器械用碳纤维复合材料的力学性能,如拉伸模量、拉伸强度、弯曲强度等,认为碳纤维复合材料的力学性能优于传统材料的,碳纤维复合材料在舞蹈器械领域应用前景广阔。
Various types of dance apparatus can be prepared by carbon fiber composite materials through scientific design and processing. The carbon fiber substitutes commonly used in the field of dance apparatus processing are classified and summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of common processing methods of carbon fiber composite materials for dance apparatus such as winding technology, molding technology, RTM technology, etc., are analyzed. The mechanical properties of carbon fiber composite materials for dance apparatus, such as tensile modulus, tensile strength, flexural strength, etc., are mainly discussed.It is concluded that the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composite materials are better than those of traditional materials, and carbon fiber composite materials have a broad application prospect in dance apparatus.
