摘要(Abstract):
本文通过对不同比例的PET和PE组分进行共混,并对所得样品采用DSC、WAXD和SEM三种方法对试其相容性和相结构.结果表明,PET和PE为不相容体系,其共混体系的形态结构为单相连续结构,低含量组分为分散相,高含量组分为连续相,挤出时低组分以原纤的形式分散在高组分的基质中.
Through the blending of PET and PE components in different ratios,the resulting samples are studied for their compatibility and phase structure by DSC, WAXD and SEM. The result shows that the PET/PE blend is a non-compatible system with a single phase continuous structure in which the low content component exists as the disperse phase and the high content component as the continuous phase. The low content component is dispersed in the high content component matrix as fibrils while extruding.
