网络器的丝道截面形状对网络加工的影响Effects of the Cross-sectional Shapes of Yarn Duct on Interlacing

摘要(Abstract):
为了加工出性能优良的网络丝,设计了5种不同丝道截面形状的网络器。通过测试网络丝的网络度和网络牢度来评价网络丝以及网络器的性能。结果表明:丝道截面形状为椭圆形或倒三角形的网络器的性能优良。同时,还模拟了网络器丝道内部流体的运动方式来说明导致网络器性能优劣的原因。
Five interlacers with various cross-sectional shapes of yarn duct were made to produce the interlaced yarn with high performance. The performance of the interlacing was evaluated by the number and the strength of tangles. The interlacer which had the elliptical or reverse-triangle cross-sectional shape of yarn duct had better performance. Furthermore, flow patterns in the yarn duct were simulated to explain the reason that the performance of an interlacer was better or worse.
