超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维生产中静电的产生及解决
Generation and Solution of Static Electricity in the Production of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene fiber

摘要(Abstract):

通过对超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维生产过程的分析,讨论了摩擦产生静电的几种方式及静电的主要来源。结果表明:超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维生产中的静电主要来自于纤维(或冻胶丝)之间的内摩擦,可以通过给纤维上抗静电浴液来消除静电。
Based on the analysis of the production process of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber, several ways of generating static electricity and the main sources of static electricity werediscussed. The results showed that static electricity in the production of UHMWPE fiber was mainly fromthe fiber(or gel fiber) between the internal friction. Static electricity can be eliminated by giving antistaticsolution to the fiber.
