摘要(Abstract)：

探讨了超粗旦涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)设备的柔性化设计,介绍了北京中丽公司应对特殊市场需求而开发的油嘴、油轮两级上油以及加长侧吹风、采用三对热辊和全自动换筒高速卷绕头等配置,增强了FDY设备的一机多功能性。
The flexible design of super-coarse denier polyester fully drawn yarn(PET FDY) equipment is discussed.To meet the special market demand,the machine configuration of two-stage finish system with nozzles,longer quenching chamber,three pairs of hot godets and winder are introduced.Such design enhances multiple functions with one PET FDY machine.
