芳纶防弹防刺材料研究

摘要(Abstract):

研制了满足新标准要求的防弹防刺芳纶无纬布,讨论了树脂含量、石墨烯含量、树脂固含量、靶片层数等对芳纶无纬布防弹防刺性能的影响。试验证明:当树脂B质量分数为9%,石墨烯质量分数为0.8%,树脂固含量为18%~20%时,无纬布防弹与防刺性能最优;且当靶片层数为42层时,产品的性价比最高。
The bullet-proof and stab-proof aramid un-direction(UD) cloth that met the requirements of the new standard was developed. The effects of resin content, graphene content, resin solid content, and number of target layers on the bullet-proof and stab-proof performance of aramid UD cloth were discussed. The test results show that when the mass fraction of resin B is 9%, the mass fraction of graphene is 0.8%, and the resin solid content is 18%~20%, the bullet-proof and stab-proof performance of the UD cloth is the best,and when the number of target layers is 42, the product has the highest cost performance.
