摘要(Abstract):
现行标准定量聚酯纤维与其他纤维的混合物存在一定的局限性,使用碱性甲醇溶液进行定量分析具有溶解时间短、残留物损伤小、适用范围广,且对环境污染较小等优势,通过试验得出了不同纤维在碱性甲醇溶液中的质量修正因数,并对碱性甲醇法的定量结果进行分析,结果表明,碱性甲醇法所得结果准确可靠。
The current standards have certain limitations to quantify the mixture of polyester and other fiber blends. Quantitative analysis using the alkaline methanol solution has the advantages of short dissolution time, small residue damage, wide application range, and less environmental pollution. The weight correction coefficient of different fibers in the alkaline methanol solution are obtained, and the quantitative results of the alkaline methanol method are analyzed. The results show that the results obtained by the alkaline methanol method are accurate and reliable.
