摘要(Abstract)：
为解决165 dtex/36 f涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)绊丝问题,对绊丝产生原因进行了深入的理论分析,利用公司现有条件,不增加成本,从工艺和设备方面制定对策,合理选择工艺参数,调校设备,对策实施后进行效果跟踪,最终绊丝降等率明显下降,增加了企业效益,提升了公司产品的口碑。
In order to solve the problem of overthrown yarn with 165 dtex/36 f polyester FDY, an in-depth analysis on the causes of overthrown yarn was conducted. Based on the existing conditions of the company without increasing the cost, formulated countermeasures on the aspect of process and equipment, rationally selected the process parameters and adjusted the equipment, and tracked the effect after the implementation of the countermeasures, finally, the overthrown yarn degradation rate decreased significantly, which increased the enterprise benefit and improved the customer's reputation of the products.
