利用煤灰改性六盘水玄武岩生产纤维可行性探讨

摘要(Abstract):

通过对六盘水地区玄武岩成分分析发现,该地区玄武岩组分主要表现为SiO_2、Al_2O_3偏低,全铁(TFe_2O_3)含量偏高,导致在熔融过程中析晶温度提高、熔融体均化较差。同时经过数据分析发现,六盘水部分煤炭燃烧后的煤灰化学成分与玄武岩矿石主要化学成分高度相同,并表现为SiO_2、Al_2O_3偏高,TFe_2O_3含量偏低,与六盘水玄武岩形成互补优势。根据这一发现,提出了将煤灰与玄武岩原料按一定质量的掺烧配比进行混配。试验数据表明,混配后的混合物主要成分含量达到玄武岩纤维生产企业通用含量要求,适合玄武岩纤维的生产。
Through the analysis of basalt composition in Liupamshui area, it is found that the basalt composition in this area mainly characterized by low content of SiO_2 and Al_2O_3, and the high content of TFe_2O_3,which leads to the increase of crystallization temperature and poor homogenization of molten bodies, meanwhile, through data analysis, it is found that the chemical composition of coal ash after buring part of Liupanshui coal is highly the same as the main chemical composition of basalt ore, and the content of SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 is high, the content of Tfe_2O_3 is low, which forms complementary advantages with Liupanshui basalt.According to this finding, the experimental analysis of the mixture of coal ash and basalt raw materials is put forward according to the mixing ratio of certain quality. The experimental data show that the main component content of the mixture after the mixture meets the requirements of the general content of basalt fiber production enterprises, and is suitable for the production of basalt fiber.
