摘要(Abstract):

采用熔体直纺工艺路线,在引进的日本TMT Ati-MR/24"双胞胎"卷绕设备上,通过优化生产工艺条件,探索不同工艺条件对纤维性能和异形度的影响,成功研制出83 dtex/72 f有光细旦扁平纤维。该产品具有异形度高、后加工织物毛感丰厚、手感细腻爽滑等优点,深受市场喜爱。
Adopting the melt spinning process and advanced Japanese TMT Ati-MR/24 twin winding equip-ment, by optimizing the production process conditions, exploring the effects on the performance and shapeddegree under different processing conditions, 83 dtex/72 f fine denier flat fiber was developed successfully.The products had a high degree of profile, fabric wool feeling rich, smooth feel, that were well received bythe market.
