摘要(Abstract)：

讨论了采用回收聚酯瓶片料生产油毡基布用涤纶短纤维的生产方法,着重对干燥、过滤、纺丝成形、拉伸倍率、紧张热定形、松弛热定形等工艺进行了探讨。指出如何通过工艺手段生产出断裂强度高、断裂伸长大、干热收缩小的涤纶短纤维以满足油毡革基布的特殊性能要求。
The producing method of roofing felt using recycled polyester bottle flakes is discussed, foused on drying, filtering, fiber-forming, drawing ratio, relax heating setting, etc. The polyester staple fiber produced with the method has high breaking strength, breaking elongation and low dry-heat shrinkage, which is satisfied with the requirements for roofing felt.
