原液着色特黑超细纤维的纺丝工艺Production Process of Dope Dyed Superfine Fibers in Extra Black

摘要(Abstract):
将自主研发的特黑色母粒应用于海岛纤维的纺丝过程中,通过对干燥工艺、色母粒添加量、纺丝复合比、纺丝温度、冷却条件及牵伸工艺的研究,确定了特黑超细纤维的最佳生产工艺,开纤后纤维黑度L值能够达到10.3,且色泽优良、色牢度高,是目前市面上急需的高品质特黑色纤维,具有极大的市场应用前景。
The special black sea-island fiber was prepared by dope dyeing method with the self-developed masterbatch. The best production technology of the black fiber was discussed by drying process, adding amount of masterbatch, spinning compound ratio, spinning temperature, cooling conditions and drafting process. The fiber blackness L value can reach 10.3 after alkali treatment, and it has excellent colored light and high color fastness. It is the high quality extra black fiber which is urgently needed in the market and has a great application market.
