介入医疗用复合中空纤维管的结构设计与制备

摘要(Abstract):

采用金属编织物增强的复合中空纤维管,具有良好的抗挤压、抗塌陷、推送性能和扭控性能,被应用于微创伤介入医疗导管中。重点研究了金属网结构的引入对中空纤维的扭控性的影响,探索了金属丝的强度、形状、编织层数以及编织密度与增强中空纤维扭控性能的关系,为介入医疗器械产品开发提供技术指导。在此基础上建立了金属网增强的复合中空纤维生产设备,研发了一系列金属网增强中空纤维导管产品,已成功应用于微创伤介入医疗器械中。
Helically braided metal wire is applied to reiforce the hollow fiber catheter used in minimally in-vasive treatment, with excellent impact resistance, high collapse resistance, easy to push and good angularrotation. The applicability of metal wire gridding for the angular rotation of reinforced hollow fiber is investi-gates. The effect of the braided wire strength, layer shapes, and density on the angular rotation is analyzed.The results provide technical advice for producing the invasive medical devices. On this basis, the manufac-ture equipments of hollow fiber catheter reinforced by metal wire is set up, and a series of products are pro-duced which have been used in invasive medical devices successfully.
