摘要(Abstract)：

本文主要论述了锦纶高速纺丝工艺对油剂的要求及油剂单体的选择和配方设计。认为锦纶高速纺速达4000米/分以上,要求油剂有高润湿性、上油率低、磨损小、张力平稳及耐热性好。在配方设计上,平滑剂应占很大比例;在参考H.L.B值的基础上,再通过试验选择乳化剂;推荐使用能在高温下分解,防止焦油沉积的抗静电剂。文章还简介了世界上部分锦纶高速纺油剂,展望了高速纺丝油剂的发展趋势。
The requirements of finishes for high speed spinning technology of polyamide fiber as well as the selection of components and the design of the composition are described, it is considered that under the spinning speed of over 4000m/min the finishes used must have characteristics of high wcttability, low pick up, less abrasive erosion, smooth tension and high heat resistance. In the prescription, smoothing agent should account for a large propartion, and the emulsifying agent can be selected with reference to the HLB value and experiment results while the antistatic agents which can be decomposed at high temperature thus avoids the tarnish are recommended, the author also introduced some high speed spinning finishes on the world market and their trend of development in prospect.
