摘要(Abstract):

高性能微消光涤纶是针对制造工业缝纫线而开发的,原料上使用大有光增黏聚酯切片进行生产,工艺上由原来的"四组热辊"、"三步拉伸"改为"两组热辊"、"一步拉伸"的生产方式,并优化了工艺参数,生产出强度达到4.8 c N/dtex的涤纶长丝,且大大降低了生产成本。
The high performance micro-dull polyester fiber is developed for the manufacture of industrialsewing thread. The bright polyester chips with high viscosity are used as raw materials. The polyester fiberwith 4.8 c N/dtex are produced by 'two groups of hot rolls' and 'one stretch' and optimizing process parame-ters. Production costs have been greatly reduced.
