静电纺参数对纳米纤维直径及定向性的影响

摘要(Abstract):

利用静电纺丝技术制备纳米级聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维,通过正交实验分析了溶液浓度、接收距离、针头探出距离、电压、溶液流速等参数对纤维直径分布及定向性的影响。结果证明,溶液浓度对纤维直径分布及定向性的影响最显著,并选出最优化实验方案。
Electrospining was used to prepare polyacrylonitrile nanofibers.Through orthogonal tests,the influence of solution concentration,collecting distance,exposition distance of the needle,voltage and flow rate on diameter and alignment of nanofiber were analyzed.Results showed that solution concentration presented a maximal effect on diameter and alignment of nanofibers.Meanwhile,the optimum test measure was given.
