摘要(Abstract):

为提高工艺水泵的运行稳定性,对工艺水泵的自身能力及现场不同运行状态下的各项运行参数进行比较,分析得出影响工艺水泵运行稳定性的主要影响因素及解决措施。结合节能降耗,对工艺水泵进行优化调整,使得工艺水泵能够平稳运行,从而保证PTA装置的平稳运行,降低电能消耗,具有一定的参考借鉴意义。
In order to improve the operation stability of the process water pump, the capability of the process water pump and various operating parameters under different operating conditions on site were compared,the main influencing factors and solutions that affect the operation stability of the process water pump were analyzed. Combined with energy saving and consumption reduction, the process water pump was optimized and adjusted so that the process water pump could run smoothly, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the PTA device, reducing power consumption, which has certain reference significance.
