电纺C_(60)/PMMA微纳米纤维的结构与性能研究Structure and Properties of Micro-/nano-sized Electrospun Fullerene/PMMA Mats

摘要(Abstract):
将C60和PMMA溶于甲苯和DMF混合溶剂中,电纺制备了不同C60含量的PMMA膜,并用SEM、紫外吸收光谱(UV)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、荧光显微镜等对所制电纺膜进行了表征。研究发现,所得C60/PMMA电纺膜中,以纳米纤维为主,有少量微米纤维存在,纤维平均直径约为600 nm;C60的紫外吸收特征明显,且相对其在正己烷中的谱图略有红移;C60在PMMA中的分布比较均匀,可以观察到明显的荧光效应。
Fullerene/PMMA mats were prepared by electrospinning C60/PMMA solutions at different C60 contents.The structural and optical properties were investigated using scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV-Visible absorption spectra and fluorescence microscope.The results showed that nanofibers were observed mainly in the mats with an average diameter of 600 nm;the UV absorption characteristic was distinct and shifted slightly to longer wavelength compared with that in hexane;C60 distributed uniformly in the PMMA matrix and has obvious fluorescence effect.
