国产腈纶油剂的热稳定性研究Study on the Thermo Stability of Domestic Spin Finish for Acrylic Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
采用红外光谱和热失重方法对国产油剂的不同组分和进口油剂在不同温度下的热稳定性进行了研究,对国产油剂在使用过程中所出现的烟雾现象进行了剖析。研究发现:国产油剂主要成分的红外图谱虽然与进口油剂的非常相似,但是由于其组分中80A和B的热稳定性较差,K和C的耐热性差,造成其在较高的定形温度下,小分子有机物挥发,易氧化基团氧化,产生部分低相对分子质量的有机物附着在纤维表面,在毛条加工过程中的较高温度下,挥发到空气中形成烟雾。
Using FTIR and TGA,the thermo stability of domestic spin finish with different constituents and imported spin finish for acrylic fiber are investigated.The cause of fume phenomena happened during production of acrylic fiber is analyzed.The result shows that though the FTIR spectra of domestic spin finish component is similar with imported one,the thermo stability of constituents 80A,B,C and K is unsatisfactory.Under the higher temperature of thermo-setting,the small molecular organic volatile substance exists on the surface of the fiber.The substance will be volatilized into fume at the higher temperature during the top processing.
