PAN-PANI有机抗静电纤维的结构与性能Structure and Properties of PAN-PANI Organic Antistatic Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
分析了溶液体积分数、外加电压、接收距离和十二烷基苯磺酸掺杂聚苯胺(PANI-DBSA)浓度对PAN-PANI有机抗静电纤维定向排列的影响,不同浓度的PANI-DBSA对PAN-PANI纤维的氨基、羰基、热性能和抗静电性的影响,以及PAN-PANI纤维的静电衰减曲线。结果表明:当PANI-DBSA浓度为1.4 mol/L时,PAN-PANI纤维的抗静电性能良好。
The effect of the concentration of solution, voltage, distance and the concentration of PANI-DB-SA on the alignment of PAN-PANI fiber were analyzed. The effect of the concentration of PANI-DBSA onamino, carbonyl, thermal property and the resistance of anti-static of PAN-PANI fiber were studied. Thestatic decay curve of PAN-PANI fiber was studied. When the concentration of PANI-DBSA was 1.4 mol/L,the PAN-PANI fiber had good anti-static property.
