摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了欧盟"地平线2020"计划的宗旨、目标和特点,并详细介绍了这一计划中的一个4年创新行动——"一维纳米纤维光电网络"创新行动的愿景、研究任务、从实验室走向市场的体系保障及14家成员在此行动中的具体任务。
Vision, objective and features of "European Commission of Horizon 2020" are introduced. And details of a four-year innovation in this program—— "1 dimensional nanofiber electro-optic networks" are introduced briefly, including vision, research tasks, from lab to the market system protection and partners description.
