组织结构对防紫外凉爽织物性能的影响Influence of Weave Structure on Properties of UV-Protective and Cool Fabrics

摘要(Abstract):
以云母冰凉纤维和棉纤维的混纺纱、防紫外涤纶纱为原料,设计开发具有防紫外、凉爽功能的斜纹组织、透孔组织和小提花组织三种组织结构的单层织物,并对这三种不同组织结构织物的基本性能、防紫外性能和导湿性能进行测试,分析组织结构对织物性能的影响,优选出小提花组织为综合性能最佳的织物结构。
The mixture of mica cold fiber and cotton fiber, anti-UV polyester yarn were used as raw materi-al, the mono-layer UV-protective and cool fabrics with twill, through holeplain and small jacquard struc-ture were designed and developed. The basic performance, anti-ultraviolet performance and wetting proper-ties were tested and analyzed. The effects of the structure on the fabric properties were analyzed. The resultsshowed that the performance of jacquard structure was the best.
