摘要(Abstract):

概述了利用现有中空纤维生产线开发1.56dtex×38mmPTT短纤维的生产工艺,讨论了纺丝、拉伸、热定型等工艺条件对生产的影响。指出切片干燥不需预结晶过程,纺丝温度应比纺PET低30℃左右,应选择较低的拉伸速度、拉伸倍率和组件压力。
The process of PTT staple fiber with 1.56 dtex ×38 mm produced in existing hollow fiber line was described. The influence of spinning, drawing and thermal setting on production was disscussed. The optimum process conditions were that no precrystallization was needed, spinning temperature was 30 ℃ lower than that of PET as well as lower spinning speed, lower draw ratio and lower melt pressure were used.
