摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了一种试验最优化方法——单纯形法,并以其在PTT DTY生产工艺中的应用为例,对该法的使用和寻优过程进行了探讨。结果表明:单纯形法能明显降低试验工作量,可用较少的试验次数优化PTT DTY生产工艺条件,并获得后加工性能良好的PTT DTY产品。
An efficiency optimal method——simplex and its application research in production process of PTT DTY were introduced in this paper.The results showed that the amounts of experiments were reduced obviously by use of this method.The PTT DTY with good after-processing performance and optimal process conditions could be obtained by less experiments.
