芳砜纶织物及其拒油拒水性能

摘要(Abstract):

将芳砜纶混纺纱线与镀银纤维织成织物,对织物进行了拒水拒油整理,研究了整理后织物的阻燃性和透气性,结果表明:当HPC-6整理剂质量浓度为50 g/L,HPC-4交联剂质量浓度为20 g/L,焙烘温度为170℃,焙烘时间为1 min时,拒水拒油整理工艺最佳,且对织物的阻燃性和透气性无影响。
The polysulfonamide fiber blended yarn and the silver plated fiber are woven into fabric.Theflame retardant property and air permeability of the fabric are studied after the water and oil repellent finish-ing.The results show that when the mass concentration of HPC-6 finishing agent is 50 g/L,the mass con-centration of HPC-4 is 20 g/L,the baking temperature is 170 ℃,the baking time is 1min,the water and oilrepellent finishing process is the best and has no effect to the flame retardant property and air permeabilityof the fabric.
