涤纶微细旦丝结构与染色性能的关系

摘要(Abstract):

对涤纶HOY(纺速6400米/分,1.879dpf)和FDY(TCS,纺速4800米/分,0.621dpf)碱处理前后的结构和染色性能进行了研究,并与常规PET纤维进行比较,提出了结晶聚集体结构,指出它是HOY、FDY(TCS)上染率大大提高的主要原因。
In this paper, the structure and dyeing behavior of polyester HOY (spinning speed 6400 m/min, 1. 879dpf) ,FDY (by TCS,spinning speed 4800 m/min, 0. 621dpf) before and after alkali treatment are studied and compared with ordinary PET filament. The Crystalline domain structure is advanced, and that is the main cause of sharply rising dye uptake for HOY and FDY(TCS).
